Soft Breadsticks-for best results warm oven to 175 degrees while cutting the sticks, then turn off oven and let rise for 30 minutes. These also make fantastic tofu dog buns and burger buns. You can reduce oil to 3 Tablespoons from recipe’s 4T.

Bread Machine whole wheat bread-For best results mix flour, salt and gluten before placing in bread machine. I use 1 cup white and 3 cups whole wheat flour.
