Mercy for Animals Thanksgiving Loaf-this makes 2 nice size loafs. It is a little time intensive as you have to cook the rice, lentils and millet before you even start the recipe. It also requires millet which many people may not have at home. But it freezes super well so is great when you want to pull a meal from the freezer. Just put some catsup or BBQ sauce on top to keep tender when cooking.
Any meatless loaf can be served with plant based brown gravy and vegan mashed potatoes
